Customer Review: Versatile and elegant!

I purchased this trifle bowl in preparation for a dinner party and used the bowl for a Neapolitan trifle with layers of chocolate pudding, vanilla cake, and strawberries. Needless to say, the dessert was a hit. Surprisingly, so was the trifle bowl. It is a deep bowl that, when filled, is large enough to feed 10-12 people sizable portions. It is also clear glass, which is great for showing off the food (this is especially useful for a trifle, as you can see all the layers).
The trifle bowl arrived safely and was secured in bubble wrap and tissue paper. As soon as I opened it, I realized the possible uses extended far beyond making layered desserts. Use for dips, fruit salads, as a bowl for water lilies, or even as a fish bowl for your betta or goldfish! You really can't go wrong with this purchase. The quality and price are unbeatable, and it's quickly becoming one of the most useful items in my kitchen.
